We would like to welcome you to our Service Departments! When arriving for an appointment in La Crosse, please drive up to the large white door and HONK if the door is not open. When arriving for an appointment in West Salem, please enter the appropriate brown AUTOMATIC doors (right side for Oil Changes, left side for all other concerns) or feel free to park in our lot and we'll bring your vehicle in for you! Once inside, please see one of our friendly Service Advisors for assistance.
Just have a question, need a refreshment, or want to "look around"? No problem! Park your car and come inside!
Whether you're waiting for work to be done, or just checking out the facility, please enjoy our customer waiting area. Complimentary coffee and tea, as well as access to snacks and soda pop. Kids can play in our child's area . Long wait? We have a courtesy driver who will take you to work, an appointment, or back home (unless you're visiting from out of state), while we work on your vehicle in La Crosse. In West Salem we have loaner vehicles (please request ahead of time if possible) or can arrange for a courtesy ride to work or home.
Should you need to leave your vehicle after-hours for Service, please notice our drop box (one at each location!). Leave us your key, fill out the envelope, and we'll be happy to contact you as soon as we arrive for business.
